The purpose of this questionnaire is to get a definitive picture of the extent and impact of the floods across the county.   We hope to identify and address the needs of those people who have been affected by the floods and aim to ensure that our services provide help to you and those affected.  Please be assured that your personal information will be used for this purpose only; and that some of the information may be passed to other agencies that will be able to help and deal with your particular need.
