The Community Voice is a representative panel of residents living in Cumbria. Cumbria County Council consults with the panel 3 to 4 times per year, usually by telephone or through the post.
The Cumbrian Attitudes Survey questionnaire focuses on satisfaction with services provided by the council or social/policy related issues. This questionnaire covered issues facing Britain today; perceived friendliness of neighbourhoods; community ties; views on prejudice and public services in Cumbria.
