Joint Strategic Needs Assessment
The JSNA aims to identify the current and future health, care and wellbeing needs of the people of Cumbria to help guide how services are planned and developed over the next 3 to 5 years.
The JSNA draws together information on the health and wellbeing of the people of Cumbria, the quality and accessibility of services in the county, evidence about what works, and the views and experiences of the public.
The first JSNA for Cumbria was produced in 2009. The JSNA is currently undergoing an update which will be complete by spring 2012.
