The Cumbria Partnership (CuPS) was set-up on behalf of Cumbria Constabulary to provide more detailed and specialised crime and disorder data for crime & community safety analysts; 
and members of the Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnerships (CDRPs) throughout Cumbria.
